The room was nice and bathroom was spacious. Wish we had stayed here more nights as it was comfortable, modern and clean. Good location in walking distance to shops. The staff were super nice and polite. They are also eco friendly which i love.

Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing.

Beautiful view of Lake Ashi and Mt Fuji from our balcony. Great buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful. Nice big room with all amenities. Open air onsen was a new experience for me that i really enjoyed.
