Cute and Comfy Cottage - 1 Mile to Wells Beach & 3 Miles to Ogunquit Beach!

The cottage has several upgrades.. Close to beaches, lots of restaurants, go carts, minature golf and a trolley service to take you where you want to go. This beautiful unit is 5 minute walk to the main pool. The unit is a stand alone, 2 bdrm, 1 queen Size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 pull out couch that sleeps 2, ceiling fans in each room. Parking for 3 vehicles. Tv's in master bedroom, livingroom (smart tv) and on the porch. New for 2025 a brand new bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer and sunny and bright 3 seasons porch. A private patio area out back with 2 chairs, table and gas grill.

What a lovely perfectly clean vacation spot in Moody Maine. The owners attentiveness is excellent. The location is also excellent, so close to the beach. The pool area is amazing with a good size pool, kiddy pool and an awesome hot tub. We hope to be back many times!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

There was nothing missing from having a relaxful vacation. Everything you can think of needing was provided in this excellent spacious home away from home. Convenient to Wells and Ogunquit beaches and many restaurants.

Lovely cottage in Beach Dreams gated community

- Very clean property - Great location on US route 1 - Appliances were almost new! What a treat to use! - Very comfortable mattresses - The Kings were very helplful when we had questions - Will definitely be back!!!

Beach dreams cottage

We have stayed at various cottages at beach dreams for 10+ years and this cottage was the most well stocked with extras like paper towels, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, etc. I was less than 5 min walk to the main pool. Excellent hosts.

Beach Dreams

The cottage was clean, centrally located and near many restaurants , Oguinquit, shopping and Wells Beach. The pool was refreshing, the flowers beautiful, and we were able to save some money by cooking some meals in. Highly recommend! We will be back!

The property was beautiful, immaculate and felt so inviting!! The location was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved going to some of the beaches, restaurants and shops. Cute Cottage

Good central location. Good communication with Pamela. Kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer were very convenient. Bringing own sheets and towels was new to us and added weight to our luggage, since we are shoppers! We enjoyed our stay.

Love staying here. It's become our family tradition. This is our 3rd year, and we've already reserved for next year. You'll find all the comforts of home. Kitchen/bathroom fully stocked with everything you can possibly think of. Host is accessible and easy tocommunicate with.

Cute little place

This adorable little cottage was exactly as advertised. Aside from linens which we had to supply, it was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The complex was quiet and the location was convenient to restaurants, shops and of course the beach. The host was responsive to questions via text messages. What a great little place!

Above and beyond

This property had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, from beach chairs, umbrella and buggy to plasticware for packing the food to take to the beach. Living area was comfortable. Cottage was spotless. Location was quiet and away from the busy area of Ogunquit but close enough for convenience. I found the queen bed to be very comfortable. My daughter found the twin to be too firm for her liking but it’s really a personal preference . We really enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful vacation

Great location, easy drive to Ogunquit, Wells, and Kennebunk. Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. On days we didn’t go to the beach we enjoyed the pool.

Perfect location

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed ourselves just as much as we did the first time. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect for us since we like to venture to the beach, ogunquit locations and visit Kennebunk.
