Adorable ranch style cottage—1/2 walking mile that ends at the Footbridge Beach parking lot and “footbridge” to the beach—save at least 40 a day in parking fees! The main OGT Beach is a mile or less walk along the water from the Footbridge (depending on where you set up “camp,” where you can get lunch, ice cream, and other beach needs. So this cottage at the beginning of Ocean St. is in a perfect location for daytime beach fun AND 2 houses away from and across the street from the Beachfire Grille and Napoli’s Pizzeria. It’s also about 75 yards to a OGT Trolley stop (also on Ocean Street) which will take you to points between Wells Beach and Perkins Cove. As for the cottage itself, it’s perfectly laid out with a large living room, 2 large bedrooms on opposite sides of the home (1 room sleeps 2, the other sleeps 4), separated by a large eat in kitchen with full sized appliances—including a full-sized washer and dryer (a HUGE plus for a beach vacation!) and full bath. Great backyard space with propane grill and patio set. The owners are FANTASTIC! Super easy to contact through VRBO if any concerns or questions arise—very quick responses. We’re a family of 4 (2 adult children) and have been vacationing at OGT for the past 17 summers. We’ve rented 6 cottages ON Ocean St. over the past 10 years (once our boys outgrew Ocean Acres & the Footbridge Motel—because of the pool option!), and THIS is the best one in terms of space and amenities.Renting again summer 2027!
