Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with a private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Unit has parking for 1 car. Terrace suite has a private deck with lounge chairs and an umbrella table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.
Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the beach and Marginal Way. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is a perfect alternative to a crowded hotel.
Please note:
1. No Smoking. We do not allow smoking anywhere in the home or on property.
2. No Pets. We do not allow pets in the home for the comfort of all our guests due to potential allergies.
3. Quiet Hours: We ask that guests keep their noise levels down during the late evening hours. Please be respectful of other guests on the property.

Perfect pied a terre

This is a great little vacation getaway! It is very convenient to the beach and downtown Ogunquit. The cute terrace is a great place to rest and relax.

Summer Vacation

Once again the perfect spot for a few days in Ogunquit! Accommodations were excellent, the rooftop deck is a great place to have morning coffee and evening libations!

Perfect location

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated Terrace apartment. The location was great, just a block walk to the downtown area which has many great shops and restaurants and a great night life. The terrace was nice to enjoy coffee in the am. We would definitely stay here again when we visit!

Perfect getaway location

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Terrace suite and the first time in season. This is the perfect location to walk to everything! Marginal way, shops restaurants and the beach and just a short walk to Perkins Cove. Every detail has been thought of and sitting on the terrace was delightful. Perfect location for a couple or single. Hope to stay here may more times -Diana M

My husband and I loved our time at the Terrace Suite. Very private. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Just right for two! Try clean and Jack was very helpful when I contacted him with questions. Will look forward to staying there again

Great place to stay

The location is amazing- near the beach, restaurants, and Marginal Way. The place is small but has everything necessary to stay there. The only issue was that the medicine cabinet came over the sink in the bathroom making it somewhat difficult to use. Jack responded very quickly to our internet question. We enjoyed our stay there tremendously.

Great space and Location

This was a cozy, well-designed, and stocked room with private entrance in a larger house. It also has a large private terrace overlooking School St. and the cars on Rt. 1. I had minor internet problems, and property manager Jack quickly resolved them. This is a single room with minimal cooking facilities, so it might be best for those who plan on mostly eating out and stocking snacks, drinks, and leftovers in the fridge. Overall a great property in a central location

THE SUITE WAS TINY BUT ADORABLE & CLEAN. THE TERRACE AREA WAS LOVELY THOUGH IT LOOKED OUT AT THE MAIN ROAD SO WAS NOT VERY PRIVATE AND A BIT NOISY. LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO MAIN ST AND THE BEACH. HANNAH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONDED QUICKLY TO ANY QUESTIONS.

Cute and cozy apartment rental. Located on a quiet street and walking distance to everything. Hannah was very responsive , friendly and professional. Very cute little place.

Sweet little in town location, emphasis on “little”. Tiny but immaculate bathroom. No kitchen per se, but the small fridge was very handy. A microwave would have worked better than the toaster oven to reheat leftovers from eating out. Sufficient dishes to have breakfast in. Very pleasant hosts, and all in all we had a nice three day stay.
