We are committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience. This one bedroom cottage is located in the heart of Ogunquit. It doesn't get much better than this location. Park the car and never get back in it. Walk to the main beach, restaurants, the Marginal Way, the Ogunquit Playhouse and Perkins cove. We provide Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and an umbrella to make life easy for you. No need to pack in the car. The cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, a large living room that has a Pottery Barn pull out sofa bed, full kitchen with a kitchen table that seats 4, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, a must have washer & dryer, AC, beach towels, outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Really charming

The cottage is terrific, just as it looks in the photos. We walked to restaurants and the beach. Marginal Way is so close. We really enjoyed it!

Great location in Ogunquit

We had a good stay. The location is close to Shore Road and the Marginal Way, and a quick walk to the middle of Ogunquit and then on to the beach. Check in was a breeze, and the property was clean. Spent lots of happy beach time there.

Lovely, cozy cottage

Had a great stay here. It was perfect for two people (plus two dogs, who also loved the accommodations). It's in a nice location, walkable distance to all the restaurants, shops, beaches and other sights of Ogunquit. The cottage is outfitted with everything we needed for our stay.

Great place!

Great place and great location! Very clean and our dog had a blast. Walking distance to literally everything! The host was incredible and was there whenever I needed help or questions answered! Would definitely recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for!

As soon as we walked into the cottage we felt we were home. The location was perfect, the cottage was private and serene, everything we could possibly need was already in the cottage, and the communication with Kristen was phenomenal. Just the most charming cottage! We walked to the beach, coffee cafes, excellent restaurants, shopping and the Marginal Way! On a side street that is quiet and quaint! We can’t wait to visit Ogunquit again! Kristen is an excellent host.

Cozy and comfortable, FABULOUS location

This cozy little cottage was the perfect launch point for our adventures. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and many other interesting points in Ogunquit. Kristen was present to welcome us and get us oriented to the cottage and local must see's. She was a most gracious hostess. Thank you for making this once in a lifetime trip for a couple from Washington state one we will always remember!

Wonderful time in the cottage by the sea!

Kristen goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! She met us at the cottage to give us her cell number in case we had any questions or problems and provided us with a list of the best restaurants and things to do in town....can't say enough good things! The cottage itself is beyond adorable and stocked with everything you need. My husband and I spent a very relaxing anniversary there with our dog. An easy walk to the beach, shops and Marginal Way. Will definitely be back!

Perfection

A perfect place to wind down from busy jobs. The cottage and its location is beach perfection. Amazing that a spot so seemingly secluded and very quiet was just around the corner from the center of Ogunquit excitement. Easy walk to one of the greatest beaches in the world. Kitchen is adequate, very clean. Shower is awesome. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Host is delightful and very eager to please. Would love to go back.

Perfect!

My husband and I (and our two bichons Chance and Lucky) needed a much needed couple of days off from work and we lucked out with the Bessbill cottage. It is adorable, very well appointed, private and most importantly very clean! Kristen is a wonderful host - very friendly and accessible. She even set out restaurant suggestions and other area attractions for us. We walked everywhere and spent a lot of time on the beach, and after a long hot day it was so nice to come home to the cottage. Thank you Kristen, we are contemplating bringing the whole crew and renting the big house and the cottage together next summer!

Cute and easy

My parents stayed in this cottage while my brother's family and my family stayed in the main house. I rented the cottage for my parents and Kristen was so easy and enjoyable to work with. She quickly and throughly answered all my questions. This cottage was perfect for my parents. It was all one floor, the showers was a walk in so no tub to climb over. They had a well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, patio, parking. Decorating is adorable and very clean. They had plenty of room for the 2 of them. It was nice they could walk out their door and very easily visit us at the besbill house. Thank you Kristen!
