You will find this apartment in a beautiful, small-scale holiday complex right on Lake Maggiore. The complex consists of 15 modern apartments overlooking the lake - ideal for a family holiday! Guests have access against payment to the beautiful private beach complete with sunshades and sunbeds. You can sit and relax at a romantic terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The terrace is part of a restaurant / bar (open from April to September) where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just enjoy a drink.
Motorboats, water scooters, canoes, hydro cycles and bikes can be rented at the holiday site. The site is open all year and has a solarium and private parking.

This apartment is suitable for 4 to 6 persons and has a total area of 45m2. It's located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with a double sofa beds and a double bed. The corner kitchen is equipped with a four-hob electric cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffeemaker. In the separate bedroom there are two bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower. The house has a large roof terrace (15m2) from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.
All apartments are well-furnished and have central heating, a telephone, safe and a television with satellite connection.

This holiday complex is ideally situated between the Alps (Rosa Berg) and beautiful Lake Maggiore. Numerous hikes and mountain bike tours can be made right from the site, for example, to the Val Grande Park which is only 20 minutes away. The park is a mix of valleys and woods and provides a unique opportunity to experience a scenery more than a thousand years old. The nature reserves of Fondotoce, Sacri Monti di Ghiffa, Orta and Domodossia are also easily reached from the residence. Other things to do include surfing, swimming, diving, canoeing and sailing. You can also rent a motorboat and visit the wonderful gardens and picturesque fishing houses of the Borromee Islands. For instance: the Palazzo Borromeo on the island of Bella. Lake Maggiore is also famous for the gardens of 16th and 17th century villa’s, like Villa Taranto in Verbania. This is home to the largest botanical garden in Europe, and contains rare plants. Special guided tours are available and can be booked at the reception desk of the holiday complex.
