"Breakfast - Below Average. First Day - no plates. Second Day - No ice water. Dispensing Holder was not even filled from the day before. Staff is talking and eating too much in the Lobby. Let’s get the quests basics done before we start being lazy. "

"Staff were very openly rude about guests when they didn’t think people were listening. Language used was often inappropriate, Another staff member today (the 29th)s morning shuttle driver nearly let a door slam on a guest I had to catch it for her, she was elderly. Many of the employees seemed angry to have to do their jobs. Miss Rose was a stand out however. Got me a fork when my DoorDash didn’t have one. The room itself was clean and well maintained, no signs point to vending being on the second floor. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. "

"This was a great spot to stay while we visited relatives nearby. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with snacks and all the tea/coffee supplies you could want. The house is near a busy road, but there are noise machines in each bedroom, so this wasn't an issue. "

"The cottage was cute and in a perfect location for us to walk to The Candlelight Theater. Susan was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions when needed. Definitely would stay here again- and it's pet friendly!"
