This 1500 sq ft basement apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the foothills of Ogden Canyon. It’s close to ski resorts, Pineview Reservoir, trails, and Weber State. There is a full kitchen, living room, small laundry room, and two bedrooms with queen beds, and a large bathroom with tub/shower. There is off-street parking for two vehicles. It has a fenced-in backyard with large patio overlooks a park. The space This basement apartment is newly renovated and very clean. It has a private entrance, full kitchen, small laundry room. The living room has a large tv, and a gas fireplace. The larger bedroom has a queen bed, and a small fold out bed. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a portable crib. Guest can park on the gravel next to the driveway that is monitored by security cameras. The entrance to the private basement is located in the back of the home. There are a couple outside stairs that lead down to the basement entrance. A large fenced-in backyard overlooks a park and beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains. The large patio is a great place to relax with table, bbq, and firepit. Guest access The gravel driveway leads to stairs and a side gate to the backyard. The entrance to the basement is in the back of the house. The whole basement level of 1500 sq ft is yours. There is a stairway with a locked door at the top that separates the upstairs unit. There are tenants living in the top floor of the home. Guests also have their own large patio with table and chairs, small propane bbq grill and propane fire pit.
