This isn't your average basement apartment! It was just built in 2025 with the intention of being a rental apartment. It features its own mini split HVAC supplement, daylit (windows are out of the ground),9' ceilings, quartz countertops, a private fenced yard, updated appliances.

Located right off of highway 89, you are approximately:

We truly enjoyed staying here! My little family love how clean and welcoming the house was and the owner was quick to help with questions when asked! The house is clean, easy to find, and bigger than it looks! We will be coming back to stay again!

The host was awesome and he dealt with complications very well. The only issue with the stay was that the heating didn't work. However we were supplied with excellent space heaters so we were never in any discomfort. Other than that its a five start rating.
