Discover this 2-bedroom basement apartment in South Ogden. The space features a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for a small group. Guests can relax in the living room, which also offers a queen sofa bed for extra comfort. The kitchenette does NOT have a oven. It's equipment with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, electric fry pan and crockpot. The apartment stays cozy with heating and cool with AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day out or enjoying a quiet morning inside, this terrific spot makes for an enjoyable stay. Located in town for the nightlife & just walking minutes away from IHC McKay Dee hospital, 15 min from Hill AFB, 30 minutes from world class skiing, 40 min from SLC and airport. I live upstairs with 2 dogs and 2 birds. Dogs bark, birds chirp, you will hear them occasionally when you come and go.

Charming home with friendly welcoming check-inThings I did note that weren’t in the listing Owner has quiet time from 10pm to 7am No kitchen sink so had to wash dishes in the bathroom Improvement would be to clearly post checkout procedures in the unit. Missed them on the website and accidentally missed a step in leaving didn’t catch it until I had already locked myself out. Hope that step wasn’t to big a deal for them.
