Great condo for your Eden Adventures! Sleeps up to 4 comfortably. Only 5 miles to Powder Mountain and about 25 minutes to Snowbasin. Nordic Valley is just 10 minutes away for night skiing or a quick warm-up upon arrival. The free Powder shuttle is just in front of the condo complex. Make sure to purchase your Powder tickets online in advance as they do sell out, especially for night skiing. www.Powder.org

Pineview reservoir is less than 10 minutes away and there is a paved bike path next to the condos that goes most of the way around the reservoir and other areas.

This Wolf Lodge main level condo #701 has a cozy living room with a dining table, fireplace, Wifi, TV with Satellite TV. This connects with a full kitchen, queen bedroom with a full bathroom and a private balcony with great views of Nordic Valley Ski Area and North Fork Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has a good supply of condiments and spices.

This is a nice condo with some updates and close to the entrance to the community pool and hot tub.

Amenities:

The condo complex has tennis courts, exercise room, a sauna, community hall, summer outdoor pool and year round outdoor hot tub. There is a putting green area, a couple of clubs and balls available.

Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great Restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden. Eden Utah is located in Ogden Valley, home to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course and & Nordic Valley Ski Resort.

Note: Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo.

This unit has main floor access without stairs, there are a couple of stairs from the parking lot. TV, DVD Sofa Sleeper, Fully equipped Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided Community: Hot Tub, Sauna, Summertime Pool, Outside Ski Locker. Washers and dryers available at the COMMUNITY SHARED Laundry room, coin or App operated.

25% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit all the rent sums paid.
