"I liked everything about this hotel except the $45 per night parking. But the check out was great...the rep was very friendly. I didn't catch his name but I know he's from San Antonio. He was very kind."

"Our stay was good. The bellman was excellent with his service. The front desk staff was great. Room service was great. The only downside is the restaurant which is poorly organized, over-crowded and staff don't pay attention to customers, I had to leave for significant wait time on our order, no one even apologized for the long wait time and had to ask the lady in the front for water and juice, no one checked on us in the meantime. It doesn't reflects as a restaurant in a 5 star hotel but rather looks like a poorly organized diner. Am giving them a 5 star due to the service of other staff apart from the restaurant and the great location and valet parking. The restaurant needs to up their game. "

"So nice when staff is professional. I had a little issue w a toilet not draining. Made a report. They were on it w/i an hour. The breakfast was fresh for the toast/bagel/muffin eaters. Even a cream cheese w jam. Excellent property and SAFE."
