I enjoyed the hotels area which was very walkable to the tube and dining options. However, we got assigned to the room that was so hot and a bit suffocating tbh. I understand the Air con condition here in the uk but at least we should have some opened air windows which didnt work.

Both coffee machines giving up on the same day one of the lifts broke down and a large group of overseas visitors arrived.
