The Menta apartment, on the first floor, is composed of:
- living room with satellite TV and single sofa bed
- kitchen with dishwasher and oven
- 2 double bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with shower (one bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms)
- Outdoor tables, umbrellas, beach loungers, BBQ
- own garden with private pool
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located in a fantastic position, surrounded only by hills, cultivated fields, olive trees and streams; an isolated environment, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility.
In a quarter of an hour you can reach the sea, with the splendid towns of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, characterized by sandy beaches, fish restaurants and a lively nightlife.
Fantastic location: excellent wineries, cities of art and wonderful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car.
