Holiday Home 'De Lüüte Kaat' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday home De Lüüte Kaat is located in Offenbüttel and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, barbecue, and playground.

Beautiful vacation home with sauna, approx. 80 sqm on the Kiel Canal + conservatory 16 sqm, wifi, fireplace, fenced garden, terrace,. Dog on request.

Additional charges may apply for pets.

Guests will really feel at home in this vacation home.

In the lower part of the house is the living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa set, which can also be pulled out. In the adjoining dining room is the kitchenette and an outside door to the cozy conservatory with an additional private terrace. The conservatory leads directly to the sauna and the ground-floor bedroom.

A small bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is also located on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the upper floor. One bedroom has an additional flat-screen TV.

Technical equipment e.g.: SAT-TV, DVD player, stereo system, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Wifi available (from May 2020 fast internet through broadband installation directly into the house)

Part of the property fenced for the dogs.

There is an extensive collection of games and a folder with suggestions for excursions and activities. Use of the sauna for a fee (billing according to use on site).

The spacious vacation home is nestled in unique natural surroundings just 1.5 km from the Kiel Canal and a few km from Schleswig-Holstein's largest river, the Eider (10 km). The village is located away from the main road and has retained its tranquil charm. Nature watchers will get their money's worth here and in the nearby Eider-Treene area. Anglers can pursue their hobby on the Kiel Canal. The surrounding area is wonderful to explore by bike.

There is a natural spring bath in Bunsoh, just 2 km away, and a great adventure pool and Stone Age park in Albersdorf.

Pros: Das Ferienhaus ist einfach ein Traum liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Wintergarten und einem großen Garten. Hier kann man sich so richtig erholen. Gemütliche Stunden lassen sich in dem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit einen schönen Ofen und dem leckeren Kuchen von Anke Volkmann genießen. Fahrräder, Brötchendienst und den Pizzabäcker gleich nebean. Wir kommen schon 10 Jahre zu Frau Volkmann und sind hier wie zu Hause.

Pros: Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ein Paradies für Kinder. Alles vorhanden was sich ein Kinderherz wünscht. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Begrüßungskuchen war eine tolle Überraschung. Dazu hatte Frau Volkmann wohl noch einen Pakt mit dem Wettergott geschlossen. 10 Tage Sonne pur. Es war einfach nur ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen, ruhigen Grundstück mit Kinderspielplatz, Buddelkasten und einem ges

Pros: Das Haus liegt auf einem großen, ruhigen Grundstück mit Kinderspielplatz, Buddelkasten und einem geschützten Sitzplatz mit Zugang zum Haus. Natürlich gibt es gepflegte Liegen und Grillmöglichkeit. Gute Fahrräder laden zu Radtouren am Kanal oder ins Moor ein. Mit dem Auto ist Husum oder Kiel schnell zu erreichen. Schöne Schwimmbäder in der Nähe laden ein oder auch die Nordsee! Und wer nur einfach relaxen will, der setzt sich an den Kanal und lässt die großen Schiffe vorüberziehen! Im Wohnzimmer eine gemütliche Couchecke, Fernseher, DVD und CD Player und Radio. Für kühle Abende lässt sich der Pelletofen anheizen. Eine fast neue Küchenzeile ist mit allen Geräten versehen, die man sich wünscht. Natürlich sind auch Wasch- und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Im Dachgeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer, urgemütlich, holzgetäfelt. Ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten, das Zweite mit einem großen Kuschelbett. Das ganze Haus und alles drumherum ist sehr gepflegt und unheimlich sauber! Für Fragen und Tipps steht die freundliche Vermieterin immer zur Verfügung! Meine Frau und ich können das Haus bestens empfehlen für einen herrlichen Urlaub!

Pros: Es war wieder einmal ein Hochgenuss in der lüüten Kaat urlauben zu dürfen! Der Innenraum wurde neu ,hell gestaltet, sodas beim ersten Eintritt schon der Wohlfühleffekt eintrat. Jedes Jahr gibt es neues zu entdecken in der naturreichen Umgebung. Dieses Mal durften wir sogar an einer Moorwanderung teilnehmen, die uns ein Zusammentreffen mit der Moorhexe bescherte, welche ihre Heimat einzigartig zu erklären wusste. Für jeden der an Land & Leuten interessiert ist, nur zu empfehlen!

Mal ein Abstecher zum NOK (NordOstseeKanal), mal ein bisschen Wandern oder sich auf den Weg machen in die Umgebung oder mal die Seele baumeln lassen im sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Der Urlaub ist empfehlenswert für Familie mit und ohne Hund, mit und ohne Fahrrad und bisher ohne schnellen Internet und guten Telefonempfang! Freuen Sie sich auf die nette Gastgeberin.
