When I booked our rooms I used my husband’s name cuz we’re using his card . When I tried to check in and my husband was still in the car, they won’t let me do it . I had to call for him.The check in process took longer . Anyway next time I book a reservation can I use both of our names either or both of us on the reservation . Pls advise. Thanks !

I booked this hotel months in advance, but upon arrival I was informed that no room was available because they had overbooked. I had taken a night flight, meaning the hotel had the entire day to notify me, yet they failed to do so. Instead, I arrived exhausted only to wait while they arranged a relocation to their sister property — which turned out to be a downgrade from what I had originally booked. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the lack of communication and consideration for my circumstances.

More attention to cleaning
"The quilt on the bed had gross stains on it which should have been seen by the cleaning staff. They did change it but I shouldn’t have had to see it. The water in the pool was freezing. There was litter in the parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful."
