4/10 Poor

"Well the front desk person Tiffany was awesome at check in. She was vibrant and full of life. We got into our room and there were no usable plugs at the bedside for either side of the bed. The only plug had the two lamps plugged into it. There were no plugs or USB ports to plug in the electronics. But we managed to use our own personal extension cord. The television service was terrible. It would pixelate every 5 mins or so, lose the sound and I did bring it up but got told the signal in the hotel gets bad when it’s windy due to it being a concrete building. Which due to the work my husband does, we know is not the case. The bed was comfortable. Although the pillows were so awful. One wasn’t even a standard size. So it’s a good thing we brought our own pillows. However the first morning we went to go have the “buffet” breakfast only to find waffles, microwave sandwiches and cereal. No eggs or anything like that."

"The room had roaches and the door to the exterior room that we booked didn't even close securely cause you could see light coming through. This place was too overly packed with kids that made it very uncomfortable feeling and couldn't enjoy ourselves. With so many people the pool was not very clean. The coffee maker didn't work and the microwave locked on us trying to warm something up and couldn't get the food out. Tried to call front desk for assistance but they were no help. We will not be staying here again."

"The room was filthy The remote stopped working And older hotel guest had an accident and had messed his shorts which ran down his leg that was Sunday June 6 told front desk and checked out this morning it was still there Unacceptable for the price paid"
