"We always enjoy staying at The Boyd House when in Midland."

"Our host was very welcoming and communicated excellently throughout our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable; however, the living room is furnished with futons rather than a traditional couch or chairs. The property is located in a large subdivision, and the pool is a community amenity rather than being located at the house itself. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly consider renting this property again for an extended stay in the Midland–Odessa area."

"So, the townhouse was super cute in a nice area of town, so as a single, female traveler I felt safe. There decor was nice as well, a little masculine but that’s personal taste. The only issues I had was that the furniture appeared to have gone through a raging, frat party, probably a group of roughnecks before us. The sofas were broken, as was the recliner and the coffee table. There were no lamps in the bedrooms which was a slight annoyance, and there was no blow dryer which was a major...
