"A very nice place to stay at. Its in the central area and is 3 mins walk from the bus station. Biggest surprise is that while free breakfast starts at 0630 and your leaving early for hikes, there are some food available after 0500. Would choose this place to stay at again if coming back. "

"We arrived to the hotel pretty late and exhausted and notice there were no sheets on the bed and no towels in the room. We booked for 2 nights and stayed 1. When we checked out the front desk didnt ask why we were leaving early. She just stated thank you for staying with us."

The Roldal Stave Church was built between 1200 and 1250, and is famous for its healing crucifix still in the church.
