Susan's Island Villa at Lighthouse Villas is conveniently located in the center of Ocracoke Village. This one-bedroom end Villa has easy first-floor access to unload all your vacation items quickly. It is located within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and entertainment in Ocracoke Village. Relax on one of the two decks and watch the sunset. This two-story Villa features a sizeable second-floor Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed, flat-screen TV, and private deck. The Primary Bathroom features both a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, two large flat-screen cable TVs, and 2 DVD players. Stack Washer/Dryer. Pet Friendly. No Smoking/Vaping. Limit of 2 vehicles. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. *This home does not provide linens. Property Layout: First Floor: Open floor plan with eat-in kitchen. Living area with TV. Laundry closet. Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with TV and full bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower stall.
