Enjoy your island getaway in this well-maintained, two-story Ocracoke cottage. Nestled in quiet Widgeon Woods, you will feel completely removed from the stresses of everyday life. Just a short walk or bike ride to the Lighthouse, Springer's Point Nature Preserve, Silver Lake Harbor, and many local shops, galleries, and restaurants. Three Bedrooms, 2 with Queen, 1 with 2 Twins. 2 Full and one Half Bath. Amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, cable TVs, and a DVD player. Window air conditioning. Baseboard heat on first level only. Ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. The exterior offers a large screened porch with a picnic table and a deck that adds to your outdoor enjoyment. The rooftop observation deck provides a lovely view of the Island from above the tree-tops. Feel the breezes and watch the sunset into the sound. Hot/cold outdoor shower. *This home does not provide linens. No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles. No Partial Week Stays. Property Layout: First Floor: Open kitchen and dining area. Living room with TV. Bathroom with tub/shower. Laundry closet. Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with Queen, TV, and bathroom with shower stall. What a wonderful place to spend vacation! Love Ocracoke so much! Hated to leave! The house was spectacular!! Wonderful location, loved the screened in porch with the lights, had such a beach vibe and so cozy! Can't wait to come back next summer!!!😎
