This beautiful Ocracoke Island vacation home is located in a peaceful residential setting. Bright and breezy, Cappy's Cottage offers an open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings, and a nice large screened in porch and deck to extend the living space. Enjoy the spacious fenced backyard, perfect for family fun and your vacationing pet.
3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Two Primary Bedrooms, 1 with King, 1 with Queen. Each Primary Bedroom offers a TV and private bathroom. A third bedroom offers 2 Twins and a TV.
Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 cable TVs and 2 DVD players. Washer and dryer. High Chair and Pack 'n Play.
The exterior offers a large covered porch, spacious screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. The rear entry deck offers direct access to the large fenced backyard. Covered parking.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
Dog Friendly. Owner prefers small dogs only. Limit of 2 Dogs.
No Smoking.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
