This waterfront villa on the upper level of The Net House offers a sun deck overlooking the harbour, full kitchen with dishwasher and ice machine, living area with TV, king bedroom, full bath, loft bedroom with full bath (shower only) two twin beds, mini-fridge and sink, washing machine/dryer access, and wireless internet access. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbour and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Net House B which offers a kitchenette, dining area, and an additional King bed and full bath with whirlpool tub with shower. A first-floor harbour front screened porch offers beautiful water views.
