"This was our second stay at this peaceful, clean house and we have already booked another stay. It is on a quiet road with a roomy kitchen, comfortable dining area and family room. My favorite part is sitting in the adirondack chair with my feet in the Pamlico Sound drinking my morning coffee watching the pelicans fish. It is a favorite get-away home away from home that is an easy bike ride close to the fun shops and delicious seafood."

"We loved the location of the property. It is in a very quiet area on the island and Derek has thought of everything one could possibly need. We felt like the house was bigger than it appeared in the listing. Having the golf cart at the house was huge and saved us a few hundred dollars by not having to rent one. Derek was great to work with. My truck had to get towed off the island but he sent someone to the house to try to assist to fix the problem. We’ve really couldn’t have asked for a better host or house."

"We loved everything about this adorable cottage! It was well stocked and had lovely decor. There are four bedrooms and a fenced in yard for dogs. The screened porch is prefect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is privacy all around and in such a great location."
