Customer service is terrible here. Staff don't care. The hotel adds a compulsory $30 charge PER NIGHT for in room amenities like coffee and cleaning. However, you don't get your room cleaned unless you ask. I have a number of complaints with the manager who never responded. I'm still waiting for a response to my many emails, calls and messages.

"Pro: Nice view of the marina and the bridge. Great breakfast! Free parking. Con: The room itself was very dated and not very clean. Bedding was clean though. The bathroom vent was super loud! It felt like the vent was going to fall off the ceiling."
