The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The heating in room was too warm but easily cooled by opening window. Only crib was the elevators, only 3 out of 5 were ever working which caused sometimes long delays getting to lobby from your room and there were often large queues to get in a lift back up to your room.

Property was nicely decorated and a beautiful spot to stay. Rooms are clean,spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was offered daily with a good variety and lots of choices. Appreciated the breakfast we took advantage of this every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay and the surrounding areas . Hotel was easy to find and a great spot for a holiday visit to rest and shop . Thank you

We often stay at the Park Avenue Royalton when we come to NYC. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space and they all have large soaking tubs. Very luxurious. It is a very convenient location, near to buses and subways. The staff is always very helpful and nice. No complaints.
