"Fireplace was nice"

"Checking in had unexpected fees!!! Listed as a resort with no resort amenities. pics of property deceiving. Asked for additional towels and was literally handed rags!! Be prepared there is no restaurant or breakfast available nearby. Staff very rude and unhelpful. Shower is not safe no grab bars and bathtub slippery when wet or soapy. Upon our return in the afternoon had a strange man waiting at our door saying Housekeeping left a bottle of windex in our room he wanted to retrieve but no windex was found ( we refused to let him in) and it was a weird and very uncomfortable situation. Felt It is poorly managed hotel. I Checked in with 2 mentally disabled women and they were treated very poorly. Im very disappointed with our stay. Will not recommend or ever go back. "

"I liked the location it's close to where I wanted to go. Price is reasonable. I would stay there again. Behind is soft and comfortable and the complimentary soaps and hair products are awesome. My hair loved it! Having a daily parking fee is nonsense unless you are traveling with a group or have multiple vehicles. Check in should be by 2pm and not 4pm if you have to check out by 11am. Do not say partial ocean view when there are overgrown trees or obstacles in the view and charge extra for it. I did make a friend with a California Scrub Jay ❤️"

"Our stay was great. Clean and well maintained room. Loved having two separate sinks made getting ready faster and convenient. Grounds of hotel are beautiful and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Have stayed here many times. "
