"Very enjoyable, lots to do close by"

"Close to the pier and not too far from the cruise port. The hotel itself is older and a bit run down. Breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular."

"Very nice hotel. It’s super convenient to the cruise port for terminal 3. We literally just walked across the street. It’s a must stay!!"

"Where do I begin? We stayed in a king room close to the pool. Beach access is great and the pool and breakfast is ok… and that’s all I can say that’s positive. I paid $900 for 2 nights and felt a Motel 6 would be better. We couldn’t get the door open upon arrival and was told you have to “use your shoulder forcefully “. Ok. I spilled a little water on the floor immediately and used a washcloth to wipe it up. The black dirt was thick. We called housekeeping and asked that the floor be mopped which they did. The shower curtain rod is literally about to fall off the wall.. very dated everything… sink was very slow to drain.. the coffee maker in the room has no filter cup so is useless..but the worst part is that we left our caps on the table and everyday they would be soaking wet.. the table was dry but the caps were wet daily… the moisture in the room gravitated to the hats. Weird. This is one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve stayed in.. whoever is writing that this place is great I just don’t get. Best western has low standards I guess. If I paid 180 a night I wouldn’t feel so ripped off."

"The building is dated but it was kept well, and it was mostly clean. We just stayed on our way to elsewhere, and it was fine."

"The property could have used some cleaning but the rooms were clean enough and the dining options were good. Would stay again. "

"Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room itself was large and comfortable with great views on our side of ponds/canals, so we were able to watch fish, turtles, and birds swimming and catching their morning breakfast. Though we didn’t partake, I noticed breakfast was served a bit longer than other hotels I have stayed, which is nice. Not everyone gets up at 7am. "
