PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BOOK!! Come enjoy the beach vibe year round! Make this spacious four bedroom condo in the community of Bethany Bay a vacation home you’ll want to return to year after year! Our third floor, two-level condo sits along the Indian River Bay, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach. Bethany Beach is a quaint coastal town with everything you need to have an unforgettable family vacation no matter what time of year you visit.
Located in Bethany Bay, our condo is in a perfectly tranquil location away from the crowds. Enjoy wetland views from the screened in rear deck or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the golf course and Indian River Bay from the front balcony.
*The building does not have an elevator.

This family friendly condo features four bedrooms and a pull out sofa to accommodate up to ten guests. There are also three full bathrooms (two on the first floor, one on the second floor), a full eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar with two stools and separate dining room area, as well as a spacious living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Room layouts are as follows: (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV and full bath, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV, Bedroom 3 upstairs has two twin beds, as well as, a twin over full bunk bed, Bedroom 4 upstairs has two twin beds with a jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms. 1st floor living room has a queen pull-out sofa.

**Sheets and towels are not provided for any of the rooms**

All beds do have comforters or quilts plus pillows and blankets are available. We can recommend local linen services that will rent sheets, towels and beach equipment for an additional fee payable directly to them. You will also need to provide your own paper products, dish soap etc.

Bethany Bay includes a community pool, kid pool, hot tub, 9-hole Par 3 golf course, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts and walking trails. Hike, walk, or jog amongst the natural beauty of lower Delaware. Kayak, boat, and jet-ski launching is available at the community dock for no additional charge and there are state parks nearby! Week at the beach

We spent a week at Bethany bay. We had a great time. The condo was close to the beach and shopping. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

A perfect week

We’ve always stayed around this area but was the first time at Bethany Bay. The room was very clean and nicely equipped with enough space and bedding to accommodate my family of 9. We enjoyed the pool and was close by everything the family wanted to do. Very enjoyable. Thanks Nancy for answering my questions and quick responses.

Girls getaway!

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Bethany off season was the perfect girls getaway and the condo was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed our weekend very much - thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Great stay

My family and I had a great long weekend stay here in September. The place is very spacious and we never felt cramped (9 of us). The kids loved the upstairs bunk room! It’s in a very nice community though we didn’t get a chance to try out the amenities, and the location of the condo makes for an easy 10-15 minute drive to the beach. We’d definitely rent again if we return to the area!

Nice and peaceful

This place was perfect for our college retreat. The students enjoyed the accommodations and games. There were 10 of us and it didn't feel crowded. It's in a a very convenient location. Nancy was very pleasant to talk to and the students are hoping we come back next year.

Nice unit enjoyable week

It was a little disappointing that the unit below us kept pounding on the ceiling and came up to the unit to tell us to keep quiet because they were sleeping and it was after 9am. My grandchildren are 3, 3, 6 and 13 and were not doing anything other than walking around the unit.

Window into nature

Perfect place for three couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. One of the couples is cycling in every state and the time has come to check off DE. Only 11 states left! Most outstanding was the screened in porch overlooking a marsh. It is a window into nature. We saw egrets, heron and family of deer. After cycling we relaxed on the porch with our wine/beer and cheese/crackers. Each couple took a turn cooking dinner. We played games. It was a fabulous long weekend and we feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful condo to stay in and enable our fun. Thank you!

Just an OK place

The location was good for peace and quiet away from the town which was very crowded with alot of traffic. The place itself was sufficient but very dirty when we arrived. Had to wash anything that we used first. Very old pots and pans. Furniture was dirty and sticky, had to wipe everything down and mop floors. Screen on back deck was ripped at bottom and open to bugs. Had ants and many spiders. Paint was chipped on furniture and upstairs beds in twin room were very uncomfortable. Also bathrooms were dirty with dead bugs and clumps of hair stuck to wall in downstairs bathroom. Upstairs bathroom inside shower curtain was moldy and black and paint was peeling from wall. There was a broken serving dish on top of kitchen cabinet when we arrived. Also outside door there were many many spiders, paint chipping and dirty stairwells. If you don't mind these things, it was an OK place to stay.

Everything was great besides the crazy person below us who made the stay uncomfortable but besides that it was a great quiet area with fun activities all around. I would definitely go back though because Nancy was great with communication and very responsive.

Around 10 people can sleep in this apartment. The adjacent pool is great and the view from the screened in balcony is spectacular. There is ample parking outside.

Enjoyable, clean, quiet

Property was exactly as listed. Owner was kind and courteous. 20+ min drive with moderate traffic to the beach. The wetlands off the back porch are beautiful and provide a cool breeze at night. Only drawback there is the AC unit is on the porch and very loud when it’s running. Plenty of space for two families. We had a great time with family/friends, tons of things for kids of all ages to do on the property.

Great place to stay with families

We had a great time at Ken and Nancy’s. It was so neat and clean! The condo afforded us enough space to spread out with four adults and five kids. The bunk room was perfect for the older kiddos while our infant had her own room. There were so many family friendly things to do and great places to eat. We would love to stay here again!
