The main level features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath, two bedrooms (including the master suite) and access to the private screened porch and open air deck. The loft is home to its own full bath. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  4 smart TVs (all are Netflix-capable with guest's own account), HBO, DVD, gas fireplace, electric grill, Wifi. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a nice that there was room for all of us to enjoy breakfast at the table. We loved the balcony, and the pool right across the street. The huge couch made it great for a family movie at the end of the eventful days! We would definitely book this place again!

We love BTD. We have been staying there with Vacasa since before it was Vacasa. So I get weird about staying in new places, but this place did not disappoint. I highly recommend this place. Parking during the season maybe a bit wonky, but otherwise it is close to the clubhouse and all the amenities.

Great place, great location

My husband and I stayed with a few of our friends and two dogs for the weekend. We never felt crowded, the home was bright and well decorated, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We didn’t utilize the pool or golf amenities, but we said we would stay at this property again and stretch our stay for a week to have the time to get a chance to use the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and friendly. It is a short drive from the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Thanksgiving holiday

Came to Delaware to visit relatives who live very near Bear Trap Dunes Gold Club. The condo was clean and provided all that was necessary for us to have space of our own during our holiday. The only issue was finding the place - google maps gave us 2 different results, and neither was correct. It took a little walking around to find the correct building and location within the building.

Great location, could use updating

This place is right outside of the pool area, which was GREAT! However, there were stains on the carpet, the carpet was not very clean upon our arrival (dirt/hair on the floor), the microwave handle was coming off, the washer machine sounded like a rocket going off, the stove rocked back and forth and there were no curtains in any of the bedrooms. We had a few additional issues while we were there, but they sent a very efficient maintenance guy to help with what he could.

The amenities and social activities are great! The other guests and service people were so friendly and helpful. The home appeared beautiful but some of the photo appearances were slightly misleading. The distance to the beach was not 3 miles but, 4-5 miles. Nice area but, well off the main road. Two and a half indoor flights of steps before you even reach the main floor, steps slightly narrow. Carpet needs to be cleaned. High ceilings held some cob webs. Beautifully decorated home.

Pleasant stay but some issues

For the most part satisfied with our stay here but property needs some attention. Lots of stains on the carpeting throughout the condo, cable didn't work in great room only Roku and called customer service about it and they were going to send someone but they never showed up. TV's in second bedroom and loft weren't working, loft due to no remote. Kitchen issues with no handle on microwave and lights working above stove and over light on range was out of balance. Lots of noise early morning from all the golf course maintenance activities. Screened in porch was nice and for the most part placed was pretty clean and well appointed and decorated well. Heating system didn't work well in great room and tried to use gas fireplace which didn't work. Also, never found the "electric grill" listed in the listing. Probably won't stay here again.
