"This beach house was perfect for our dogs, the yard is fenced in and the house is carpet free. We love the location as we want to be close but not to close to downtown beach. Hopefully we can rent again."

"This property was perfect for my family of 4, two adults and 2 teens (13 & 16). The listing is exactly as described and the communication with the host was perfect. Its very refreshing to have a roomy balcony nicely appointed, great decor, and facing the pool and the bay. My husband and son loved the air conditioning. The resort is very low key and no ruckus which is our vibe. It had very clean and well taken grounds and the pool is exceptionally well taken care of! The unit itself was clean, well stocked, and it had plenty of room for a family of 4. Master bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to update some of the non stick pans and to provide a little more bath towels as we were missing appropriate washcloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels. We would definitely consider coming back for future relaxation."

Very quiet nice neighborhood great value for the price. Close to Bethany beach to Dewey Beach, Rehoboth and Ocean City.I would definitely recommend this property for family and friends to rent."
