The Vincent Unit C offers an inviting retreat and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as vacations with friends and family when renting one of our other two private units on the property.

Great location and beautifully updated home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house itself was very nice—clean, thoughtfully decorated, and recently updated with a modern feel throughout. The layout made it easy to relax and settle in, and everything was well-maintained.The kitchen area was functional and stylish, but it could benefit from a few more essentials like a toaster or stovetop for simple meal prep. The bed was a bit firm for our personal preference, but others may find it comfortable.The location on Government Street was a big plus—easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. That said, it did come with some noise, especially from nearby restaurants and passing traffic. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but something to keep in mind if you’re looking for peace and quiet.All in all, it was a good experience and a great spot for exploring the area. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

Absolute Homerun

Location, location, location!!! You won’t beat it in all of Ocean Springs. I promise. Nothing better than being able to park your car once you get there, and not have to start it again until you leave to go home. Amazing coffee place basically across the street (which I have to have). Then, as you should already know, right after that starts a solid list of restaurants and shops, all of which are very friendly. The place itself was exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful, CLEAN, private, GREAT SHOWER, and again right where you want to be. I’m telling you right now…rent this place if you are going to Ocean Springs. You won’t regret it!

Everything was as the pictures showed. Nice colors and decor. The location was perfect. We stayed in the C unit and still heard some of the music from downtown but was not a dealbreaker for us. We plan on staying here again. Our host furnished us with all of the information we needed.
