The moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home. The large, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease, whether you’re cooking up a family dinner or reheating leftovers from one of the delicious local restaurants nearby. It has all the essentials – from a coffee pot and tea kettle to a microwave, toaster, and cookware. If you're in the mood for grilling, a propane grill on the side deck is ready to go, making it the perfect spot for a sunny afternoon or a casual evening cookout.

The Primary bedroom is your personal oasis. With a king-size bed, two spacious closets, and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and large soaking tub, it’s designed to help you relax after a long day of exploring or lounging on the beach. You’ll also find a Roku TV here, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or winding down with a movie. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the guest bathroom is just outside the door.

The living area is designed for relaxation, with a leather sofa, chair, and ottoman, all arranged around a large Smart TV. The room is spacious, and the ceiling fan keeps things cool when you want to relax and watch a movie or enjoy a good book. Speaking of books, the home features a cozy reading/yoga room where you can stretch, meditate, or simply enjoy a moment of peace. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided for those who like to start their day with a bit of mindfulness.

The deck off the kitchen is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink. It features a small table and the grill, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the surrounding greenery. A newly built fire pit area is perfect for enjoying outdoor space in the Gulf breezes.

***Please note that The Orchard House is located across the street from the L&N train tracks, which pass through Ocean Springs. We do provide sound machine in both bedrooms, but If you're a light sleeper, it might be something to consider***

***We have exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

***The driveway is inclined, and there are 3-4 steps leading up to the front door, so please keep this in mind when planning your arrival***

***Your stay includes access to the entire house, including the side deck with its small table and grill, and the firepit area. Please note that the owners live on the property in a separate home across the deck, and their space is not accessible to guests.***
