• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• No smoking or vaping inside the home

• Guests must be 21+ to book and be present during the stay

• Max occupancy: 10 guests

• Pets allowed with fee; please clean up after them

• Please respect neighbors and the quiet residential setting

• Dog-friendly (standard per dog, per night fee applies)

• Parking available for 2 vehicles; boat parking allowed

• RVs and travel trailers are not permitted

• Caretaker resides in a separate unit on the property and may assist if needed

• ID verification and signed rental agreement may be required

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required before check-in

• We take cleanliness seriously—this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



TERMS OF SERVICE

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
