"Room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is not identified as America's Best Value in the signage. It is an older single story hotel. Big peeve was no coffee in the room. Cummunal coffee not available until 8AM.Floor was a slab and cold on the feet."

"The room smelled heavily of bleach and BO, which was a struggle but the window helped a lot with that. Continental breakfast was mostly an assortment of pre packaged muffins and bagels. Not terrible but nothing to write home about. Parking was tough with a long truck but cars would do just fine Super close beach access. Soft bed and plenty of pillows. Staff was very friendly and attentive. "

"The property is exactly as advertised. It was easy to check in and out. The couch is cozy for hanging out after a long day. I appreciated the coffee and oatmeal that was provided from the host. Some things to note are that the kitchen is very limited on utensils/cookware. If you're traveling with the toddlers, then note that the front door does not lock from the inside. There is also a half wall upstairs in the loft bedroom that could be a danger. Just things to know! Otherwise our stay was great and we appreciate the host. "
