Cute little bungalow!

Great place to stay to explore the area. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. The best part is was a safe and comfortable house for my dog.

Great quiet place to relax

Great place! It’s small but it has a large back yard with spa. Nice big kitchen, the house is close to the down town and grocery stores. Beach access is quite close too. Nice and quiet at night perfect place for soaking in the spa after a long day walking on the beach.

Weekend getaway

We really loved our time here at this home. Remember this is close to the beach so there will be sand around. Hot tub was great but not enough light by this area of the back yard. Such a great time here!

Nice beach getaway

House was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and stores. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs and the hot tub works fine and was a nice treat. Bring your own kitchen supplies though and don’t make any assumptions about what is there. Would happily stay again.

I loved the secure backyard. The Roku Tv worked great and I could access my local sports programs. Loved the chilled mugs in the freezer and the beds were awesome.

Wonderful little house. Huge backyard, sensational hot tub. 2 bathrooms is great. Location is fantastic. Price is very reasonable. We would recomend this place to anyone. I'll Be Back !!

4th of July stay

Cute little house and friendly neighbors. The house was great and very clean. The hot tub was great for relaxing. The only thing we didn't care for was the curtains. Wish they were blackout curtains. Every morning room was super bright and couldn't sleep in.

The backyard is all sand very little grass. The hot tub was nice. It has two small bathrooms one mainly for use with the hot tub. Kitchen table and chairs are very small and wobbly very dusty. Lots of pet hair all over the house.

Ocean Park Vacation House

The couches in the front room were not clean. There were stains on the cloth couch, and we had to wipe down the faux leather couch with wipes. Also, the comforter in one of the bedrooms was also dirty. It was a very nice place, however, and if the rooms were cleaner, it would be a great place to stay.

Little ocean - Pacific Beach

Small older home, well kept very tidy. Location is great right downtown Pacific Beach. Walk to the ocean. Two small bedrooms, beds were comfortable. Otherwise very bare bones. Great entertaining space, barbecue cocktails etc. Not so comfortable for a long stay especially if it's raining and you're stuck indoors. Back door cuts throuh the bathroom for entry. Back gate connecting to back entry is all sand, constantly getting tracked in, right through the bathroom. Hot tub was very clean and comfortable and worked well. Overall a very nice place for its location. I do feel it was overpriced, about $240.00 a night. They say it sleeps six, the two extra spots for sleeping are in the living room on couches I recommend only for children.

Family Getaway

We had a great time on our trip. The house was perfect for what we needed. It has a large fenced yard for dogs. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice sectional in the living room. We would come back again.

Simple little beach cottage. Met my husband and I’s needs-we also had our corgi so appreciated the fenced yard. It’s an older place and while clean enough it’s not sparkling. I could see that a vacuum precision nozzle really needs to be run tight against the trim throughout the home (not something that needs to happen every time but can tell it’s been a while). We had the needed kitchen utensils to make chowder so that was great. It’s a block from coffee and Jacks country store so that is nice. Yes the bathtub has some stained discolored caulking-I noticed it but we didn’t care. I don’t think the cadet heater in the kitchen works-I prefer a colder temp so cadets didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the hot tub so can’t speak to that. Overall a simple but not fancy small 2bed 2 bath place that worked for us.

4th of July Stay

Chose this home for my daughter’s 15th birthday celebration. The price was a little much. It was close to the beach. The parking wasn’t great as there is no driveway, and the hot tub was cold and I wasn’t able to raise the temperature.
