Located in the favorable and highly sought after community of Ocean Park. Last house on a quiet, dead end street, surrounded by beautiful marsh views. Also, just a short distance to downtown Old Orchard Beach. Tastefully decorated and welcoming, under great new ownership, still making improvements. A great place to relax, hit the beach, or barbeque on the patio, taking in the salt air. Everything is provided here; Wifi with smart TVs, air conditioning and heat, washer/dryer, beach chairs, gas grill, and a fully equipped kitchen with; microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, etc.
