Large comfortable & safe, fully private enclosed home which caters for ( 16 people ) with large solar heated in ground pool.

The home is ideal for respectful Families or Groups of Friends.
No Schoolies, parties or events!
We no not accept excessive noise, loud music, Illegal drugs! or offensive language!!

Inside there are 2 living area's with large Smart TV's, Netflix, kayo Sports,USB media playback.
Ducted heating and Evaporative Cooling to keep you comfortable all year round.
Fully covered pergola with barbecue, outdoor setting, lounge, TV & much more...

The home is 450m from the supermarket and shopping complex. 20 mins walk to the beach, main shopping strip, cafe's, bars and restaurant's.

Families with young ones are catered for with extra which include (Porta cot, highchair, pool toys, air hockey table & table tennis table ). Rear back gate leads out to an oval, basketball courts,playgrounds.

We had a great stay at Frank’s house! Everything was very clean and we were impressed by the living areas, making it super comfortable for our group of 11 who stayed in Ocean Grove for a sporting competition. The pool was awesome and we loved the big TV with youtube features! Thanks for having us 😊

We had a perfect stay with our Australian family during our visit from America. The house had exactly what was described. The kitchen was especially well equipped with everything we need except a can-opener. Very clean. Thank you for providing such a nice home for our use.

We booked this property for a party of 8 golfers! Plenty of rooms & beds. Amenities were brilliant for our purpose and the extra touches like table tennis table was perfect. Great property and the pool was ideal for a hot weekend. Plenty of TV's, full access to Hubble Unit was well utilised and the BBQ and outside area was perfect for us ! Highly recommend to for groups of multiple families and very good value for money. Frank was very helpful leading up to the trip, easy access for check in too. Would use again

The property was well maintained and well appointed to cater for large groups (or families). We had a large group of 15 stay at the property in comfort for a golfing weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the host Frank was easy to deal with and checking into the the property was easy and convenient.

Property was great for our family of 16, really good space inside & out. Only suggestion, it would be great if there was an extra shower & toilet even if it was outside near the pool area. Our kids loved the park area via the back gate as well, good for kicking the footy & playing basketball.

Our family had the most amazing Easter together in this wonderful house. There was nothing the house didn't have and made our stay so enjoyable. The kids loved the games zone and pool while the adults sat around the outdoor area. Would thoroughly recommend to a large family group for their next getaway!

Frank was very easy to communicate with. Everything was well-placed & clean. Frank thought of every detail to make the perfect weekend. Facilities were excellent - everything we needed was available. Lots of space for our 4 couples and more. Comfortable beds and well laid out entertainment areas. Pool was refreshing and the games room and outdoor BBQ area is a great get together zone. Throughly recommend this house. We all had a great time.

Perfect for 3 families to stay in. We had 4 adults, 2 teens several preteens and a handful of under 8. The kids loved the games room. We’d definitely like to stay again in Summer to make use of the pool and with the adventure park less than 10 minutes drive it’s in a great area. Definitely recommend this house for extended family groups with kids.

We were lucky enough to spend 3 days and 2 nights at this beautiful property. There was a group of 12 of us and there was still empty beds and no lack of space on this property. House was magnificently presented and well equipped for groups of all ages. Frank was hospitable and fast to respond to any questions prior to our arrival. Can't wait to book another stay at this property.

Perfect for our family stay to celebrate the passing of a family member. People travelled from all over Australia to be together and farewell ashes into the ocean. This house exceeded our expectations. A group of 17 people with so much space. The house had everything you needed for cleaning and fun with many games and pool toys that were loved! The games room was fantastic and lead to many memories being made. The outdoor area in general was perfect and where most of our time was spent with enough seating for everyone in both the bbq and pool area. House was clean and beds comfortable. Really great location very close to shops and only a short drive into town. Frank was kind and very welcoming! Would definitely stay again! 10/10 would recommend

From the front of the property as you drive up the driveway the size of the property is deceiving. Once the front door is opened you enter into a large living area & the joy continues to the end of the property. Large Kitchen with both a large dining area inside & out. Lots of space & a beautiful back yard swimming pool with Cabana, as well as a games area with table tennis table, Fuse Ball etc. The property is a 15/20min walk to the beach which we did everyday of our stay. A fabulous property which we recommend….loved it.

Group of 10 older guys used the Oasis as our base for a golf week in the Bellarine. The house was perfect, with 6 bedrooms a clean warm pool, excellent games room and outdoor BBQ area. I could not fault the place, highly recommended. In addition, the communication with the host Frank, was excellent!

We had a girls week away with 8 adults and 1 toddler and the house was amazing to say the least. It was perfect in so many ways. Super clean, comfy and it had everything there that you could need or want. So much room and space for everyone, that you could even have time to yourself if you wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but we are already planning our next trip for this. Frank was amazing to communicate with and always answered any questions we had promptly. Can’t wait to go again, very highly recommended.
