"We stayed here to attend the Sea Hear Now festival on the Asbury Park Boardwalk. The festival was about a 20 minute walk away. The hosts were very welcoming and we had a suite with a queen bed and a small sitting area. We had street parking but it was free. Breakfast was delicious. There are window air conditioners in the rooms"
