"This is such an amazing hotel in the heart of Dunedin City Centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations for what to explore. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Location is great - close to University of Otago and most of the student flats, which made visiting my daughter easy. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Kitchenette is great. Laundry facilities are a nice perk. Only complaint is that the shower was getting pretty moldy."

"Despite the website advertising a bar and restaurant there were neither only a breakfast room. The 25NZD parking per night also comes as a surprise ! The hotel is typical 3 star but beginning to look a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple but adequate."

"Loved our 3 night stay here. We had a studio room and was well appointed with everything thing we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio was very clean & uncluttered. It has some basic cooking facilities & a dishwasher. One of the best things about this place is the parking, parking is provided (free) as part of your stay & as this motel is located right in town, you can just park up your car & walk everywhere. The staff were great (daily room servicing is also provided) & we would definitely stay here again. "
