Living room has a queen sleep sofa plus matching love seat and arm chair, along with a TV and a VCR/DVD player. The dining room table seats six plus three bar stools at counter. You will find all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a contemporary TV and VCR/DVD players. Full size Washer/Dryer in Unit. Great southern exposure, balcony along living room, wonderful view of downtown and bay, limited ocean view. Owner is providing FREE wireless internet available in this condo. Occupancy 8. This is a nonsmoking unit. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room with pool tables.
