Captiva Bay is located on the bayside at 85th street. It is a nicely decorated 3 bedroom condo on the fourth floor. The kitchen is well stocked. The unit has 4 flat screen TVs. There is a wrap-around balcony with a screen porch at the south end of the building with an ocean view. The condo is is located just a block and half from the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance if you choose not to drive. There is a full sized grocery store just a couple of blocks away. A perfect unit to spend an enjoyable summer vacation. New for 2026 season dishwasher, fridge both stainless steel, new washer. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
