You will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen which houses top of the line appliances, including a juicer, blender and two different coffee makers! The master bedroom, with access to the ocean front balcony, has a comfy king bed and plantation shutters. There are two full beds in the second bedroom with a sliding glass door to the bay side balcony, perfect for watching sunsets. The third bedroom boasts two sets of custom bunks for the kids. These sturdy, custom bunk beds have their own reading light and phone charger! There is a trundle bed under one of the bunks and drawer storage under the other bunk. Each bedroom has a new 32" HD Smart Samsung wall-mounted flat screen TVs in addition to variable-speed wall controlled Hunter paddle fans. A navy leather recliner and a blue swivel rocker were purchased for the 2021 season. The 2 balconies are fully furnished to enjoy coffee at sunrise on the ocean and a cocktail watching the sunset on the bay. There is a 55"HD Smart Samsung wall-mounted TV in the main living area with DVR. WIFI? Of course! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
