PLAZA 1701 9800 Coastal Hwy. Saturday to Saturday NON-SMOKING - NO PETS Beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a vacationer's dream! Nothing but fun awaits you in this condo! A gorgeous kitchen awaits your culinary talents while your family sits on the balcony enjoying the incredible, unobstructed ocean view. The oceanfront balcony is accessed from the living room and the beautiful master bedroom. Do you prefer watching the sun set over Assawoman Bay? The comfortably furnished bay side balcony is accessed from the third bedroom as well off the private entrance. This condo has a fully equipped, stunning kitchen with stainless dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Very comfortable leather reclining furniture in living room, with large flat screen television and surround sound. Great for family movie night! This condo includes free wi-fi, central air, 4 TVs and 2 Blu-ray DVD players. NEW Stack Washer and Dryer in unit. The bedrooms are carpeted. Renovated master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built in seat. Also, no more lugging beach toys up 17 flights-Maximum occupancy 9.
