This beautiful, bright and cheerful two bedroom plus den condo, in an oceanfront, elevator, building, is complete with central air conditioning, two baths, fully equipped kitchen, 3 color televisions with cable, 3 DVD players, and a washer/dryer. Non-smoking only, and no pets, please. Occupancy limited to 6 persons. Parking for two vehicles. Building has pickle ball court. Master bedroom has a King-sized bed Second bedroom has two double beds The den has a queen sleep sofa. NEW for 2025 season unit has 2 new bathrooms Master bath has walk in shower, Kitchen has been totally renovated beautifully done. FREE Wifi! Non-smoking. No pets, please.
