  • The popular building had a total exterior renovation in 2009: new exterior, doors, windows, sliders doors and more. The building is well situated on the oceanfront and each of the one bedroom, one and half bath units include a dining-living room area opening to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean and beach while relaxing in your unit. Each kitchen includes all major appliances and each unit is well equipped with: washer, dryer, unit air conditioning and use of the off street parking and elevator. Free wireless internet. 50 inch smart TV in the living room and 32 inch TV in the bedroom. Premium streaming services included. This oceanfront masonry building will fill fast-don't miss out!
