This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome features a furnished balcony and deck with stunning views of the beautiful Assawoman Bay. The sliding deck doors bring in plenty of natural light, brightening up the space. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy dining area for family meals and a fully-equipped kitchen with a wide countertop, perfect for a quick bite. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 double, 2 twins, with the trundle suitable for a child). There’s also a game room with a pool table for added fun. This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and provides a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The property is non-smoking, does not rent to groups, and does not allow pets.
