Two Bedroom Beachfront Condo

Direct oceanfront two bedroom, two full-bathroom condo in the popular Marigot Beach building. The prime fourth floor location affords beautiful ocean and bay views. The open living area offers an oceanfront living room, separate dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. The nice sized, private balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views. The master bedroom features a large picture window and sliding glass door to maximize the beach and ocean views, king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features two double-beds, television and a bay view. There is a second full-bathroom to serve the living area and second bedroom. Building amenities include an indoor pool, hot-tub, multiple elevators, beachfront sundeck, direct beach access, outside shower and two assigned parking spaces. Convenient location is within a short walk of coffee shops, parks, restaurants, shopping, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Perfect condo on the beach! Easy parking short drive/walk to many restaurants and shops. Can't get any better than being ocean front with easy access to beach. We loved our stay and made our trip relaxing and comfortable.

Very clean, very responsive property manager. No restaurant in facility but you can go to restaurants right next door and come home to y y our beautiful ocean front balcony

Had a snafu when we arrived! The access code to the room didn’t work but they answered immediately and got to work on getting it straightened out and we were in the room within 5 minutes! No issues the rest of the stay! We had everything we needed to cook and no issues with the WiFi! The condo is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning. Thank you for allowing us to stay! 10 out of 10 will stay again.

Condo in a construction zone

Rented ocean front condo and the deck was unusable due to construction. Workers were on the deck just steps from the slider to the bedroom at 7:30 am. Called Coastal Life Vacations the night of arrival and was told my issue would be passed along to the office. Never got a reply.
