The room was clean and the staff was very helpful at the front desk and the cleaning staff quick one second walk to the boardwalk very close to good places to eat the pool area was very clean and well taken care of the hook up bar that's at the pool the service was very good the food and the drinks were amazing the staff was awesome this is my fourth time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again

I loved this place because the price was okay for what we got, which was a balcony room oceanfront. I loved the view and we kept the sliding door open a lot just to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. It was wonderful. The room is terribly out of date and the tv just awful. But I dont care about tv on vacation so much and so it wasn’t a big deal. But it was all worth it for the balcony and the view. Would stay here again.

The Staff was extremely helpful and considerate. When they found out how far we traveled (over7 hours), they worked to check us in to our room ASAP. In addition, they showed us where we could wait at the pool and bar area while waiting for check-in. This was needed bc the weather outside was windy and constant rain. We had excellent weather after that throughout the rest of our stay. Our room had the Ocean Front Balcony which we loved and definitely enjoyed! Our rooms were cleaned, with trash removal and fresh towels everyday! We will definitely keep Tidelands Caribbean in our Summer plans to return for our future getaways!

The hotel is a great location downtown. We have a room with two kings and it was tons of space for our family. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Room is outdated but for the price it was perfect. The pools didn't open til 10am and 11am so that was a late start for having kids. The biggest issue was only one elevator for the building but they do have two sets of steps. Front desk was very helpful. Parking is $20 per day.

Overall, it was a good stay. All the staff was polite and as helpful as they could be. I was, however, a little disappointed about the pool area because the restaurant operates separate from the hotel and at any given time the area was packed with outsiders, not giving the best experience to guests. Also, the parking situation was weird, I paid $20 per day per car and still had to park almost 2 blocks away most of the time. And they really have to do something about the ice machine situation because practically every single ice machine wasn’t working.
