This entire home is perfect for families and groups, with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a private fenced yard, hot tub, porch, grill, outdoor shower, and parking for 2 cars. Enjoy the charm of a coastal cottage with space to relax, inside and out, close to everything downtown Ocean City has to offer.

The 9th Street Cottage is a full-house beach getaway with the charm of a classic Ocean City cottage and the space families and groups need to spread out and relax. Inside, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable living space, a full kitchen, and flexible sleeping arrangements that work well for beach weekends and longer stays.

Outside is one of the best parts of the home — a private fenced yard that is hard to find this close to the beach and boardwalk. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or unwind on the porch.

The home is set up for an easy Ocean City stay with room to gather, room to recharge, and a location that makes it easy to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, and downtown area.

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, including the hot tub, porch, grill, outdoor shower, kitchen, and all interior living spaces. The home has self check-in with keypad entry, and your door code and arrival details will be sent before check-in.

There is parking for up to 2 cars on site. Please note that only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

For safety, the home has exterior security cameras only: a video doorbell at the front entry and an exterior camera monitoring the parking area. There are no indoor cameras.

We want guests to have an easy, relaxed stay and enjoy the home at their own pace. We are available through VRBO messaging before, during, and after your stay if you need anything, have questions, or want local recommendations.

You’ll have privacy during your stay, but we are nearby and responsive if anything comes up.

This is an entire-home rental in a residential area, so we ask guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.

Ocean City strongly enforces noise rules. The town states that disruptive noise should not be heard from 50 feet away between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., and loud unnecessary noise can be cited at any time.

Linens and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and small appliances for everyday use. Beach gear such as bikes and outdoor games may also be available for guest use depending on the season and setup at the home.

The hot tub, bikes, beach gear, grill, and outdoor areas are for guest enjoyment, but guests use them at their own risk and children should be supervised at all times.
